When it comes to combining food and creativity, my background in architecture comes really handy.
As a new product developer, I offer my advice to food-makers who want to give a creative twist to their products or ingredients and turn them into 'edible experiences'.

In Archichef’s view, architecture, design and cuisine are disciplines related to the evolution of social habits. Shapes, colors, materials and textures are the elements Archichef has been constantly focused on. Nothing is what it seems in Archichef’s surprising and mouth-watering world: plastic balls containing surprise mini-sandwiches, chocolate cake in a shape of sausage, focaccias wrapped in road maps, etc.. Playfulness is the key, as people are supposed to react to and interact with the creations, and all the five senses have to be involved in the game.
